Modern Classic in Kalamboli is spread over 25,000 square feet and comprises of four wings of apartments and shops. Rose Garden

Rose Garden, located in Asangaon, Mumbai, offers apartments. The amenities include gymnasium, swimming pool, children play area, club house, landscaped gardens, intercom, sports facility, car parking, firefighting equipment, and multi-purpose room, besides a few others. This upcoming residential locality is well-connected to Mumbai and Thane, being 70 kilometers away from the former and 40 kilometers from the latter. Primarily an industrial unit, this area boasts of many well-known schools, hospitals, etc.

Shubhvastu

Shubh Vastu is one of the pioneering affordable housing projects in and around the suburbs of Mumbai. Spread over 50 acres of land in Vasind, Shahapur, it is just 45 minutes from Thane. With over 4000 apartments and shops in the complex and just a few minutes walk from Vasind railway station, Shubh Vastu set the template for what affordable housing in India will be. Solitaire by SRK

Solitaire was one of the first projects set up in Sector 18 of Kharghar. The 14 floor structure has a distinctive design philosophy and has been much appreciated. Owing to this design, no two flats share a common wall and all the apartments are open on all four sides providing unmatched ventilation and light. Completed in 2009 over an area of around 35,000 square feet, Solitaire is still considered one of the best projects in Kharghar.

Sapphire by SRK

Sapphire was one of the pioneers of affordable housing in Sector 18 of Kharghar. The seven storied structure with apartments and shopping is superbly designed with emphasis placed on the requirements of the customer. It was one of the first projects in the country which offered two full toilets in a 1 BHK. One toilet attached to the bedroom and the other common. This unique design aspect set a precedent that has been followed much over the years.

R.B._Complex

R.B Complex in Kamothe is spread over 65,000 square feet and comprises of four wings of apartments and shops. Completed in 2005, R.B Complex is an extremely functional project that was a big success for its utilitarian design and construction while ensuring that it was affordable from an initial purchase and long term maintenance point of view.

Komal Niwas

Komal Niwas in Kamothe was completed in the early 2000s and featured extremely functional apartments and shops. The design philosophy was to ensure that it was affordable while at the same time providing all basic amenities for its residents. It still stands as one of the most practical projects in Kamothe.

Krushnai Niwas

Krushnai Niwas in Kamothe was executed in the early 2000s and was one of the first projects in the then upcoming suburb of Navi Mumbai. It was a pioneering project that set out to deliver affordable apartments and shops. Spread out over 38,000 square feet, the structure has many unique design features that set it apart for its utility and pioneering vision.
